LEAP courses, the free check-in, Leo (our AI-powered guide) and everything on this site are general information and education only. None of it is a substitute for qualified financial, legal, career or mental health advice that takes your own circumstances into account.
Before you resign, change your super, or make other big money decisions, talk to a licensed financial adviser and check your employment conditions with your union or employer. Leo is an AI tool and can get things wrong, so treat what it suggests as a starting point to check.

Who we are
LEAP from Teaching is run by Shari Brewer (ABN 32 261 334 713) in Queensland, Australia. "We" and "us" on this page means LEAP. You can reach us at hello@leapfromteaching.com.
What LEAP is, and isn't
LEAP helps teachers think through whether and how to move beyond the classroom, using four steps: Listen, Explore, Align and Pursue. We share tools, stories and frameworks. Your decisions, and their outcomes, stay yours. We can't promise any particular job, income or result.
The free check-in
The check-in is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis or assessment. Results are based only on the answers you give, so they're a prompt for thinking rather than a verdict.
Leo, our AI guide
Leo uses artificial intelligence to ask questions and write a personal Next Step Report. AI can misread context or state things with more confidence than it should. Check anything important with a qualified person before acting on it.
Courses, payments and community
Courses, checkout and the member community are hosted on Teachery. Prices are shown in Australian dollars at checkout. Your access is for you personally, so please don't share logins or pass on course materials. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't affected by anything on this page.
Refunds
Changed your mind? Email us within 7 days of buying a course and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion, though your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Our content
Course videos, worksheets and written materials belong to LEAP from Teaching. You're welcome to use them for your own planning. Reselling, republishing or sharing the files publicly isn't allowed.
Community kindness
Members come to the community at a vulnerable time. Be kind, keep what others share private, and don't name or shame schools or colleagues. We may remove posts or access where someone's making the space unsafe.
Changes
We may update these terms as LEAP grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
